These Terms of Use (the Terms) govern your use of HD Video Downloader (the app), provided by Fusion Media (we, us, our). Please read them carefully.

The app lets you paste a video link so that the video can be fetched, prepared, and saved as an MP4 file to your device. The app includes a built-in player and a list of your completed downloads. The service is provided for your personal, lawful use.

Your responsibilities

• You must own, or have the right to download and use, any content you save with the app.
• You must respect copyright and the terms of the site the content comes from.
• You are responsible for how you use any content you download.
• You confirm that the app is not affiliated with any social media platform, and that you will not present it as such.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the app to infringe the rights of others, to download content you are not allowed to access, or to break any law that applies to you. You agree not to misuse, interfere with, or attempt to disrupt the app or the servers and networks behind it, and not to reverse engineer or tamper with the app except where the law allows it.

Third-party services

The app works alongside third-party services, including Google Play for distribution, Google AdMob for advertising, and the source sites that your links point to. These services are operated by others under their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk.

The app is provided as is

The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or that any particular link will work, since source sites can change at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fusion Media will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the app. Your use of the app and of any content you download is at your own risk.

Changes to the terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
